Meet Teri M. Maguire, Mediator & Facilitator
Teri M. Maguire is the Director of Portsmouth Mediation. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked in Family Matters, Labor Disputes, Corporate Mediation, and Contract Negotiation. Teri currently serves on the District Court Mediator Panel in Massachusetts and holds court contracts in New Hampshire, where she mediates a variety of cases including business, family, and housing disputes.

Experience With Court Systems
Teri is contracted by the State of New Hampshire to mediate in the District Court Mediation and Circuit Court programs. These initiatives offer an alternative to the traditional courtroom, and the small claims mediation program—now expanded to include civil and landlord-tenant cases—is the first of its kind in New Hampshire. She remains an active volunteer with the District Court Panel in Massachusetts and is involved in mediating summary process, housing and eviction disputes, parental rights, and domestic matters.

Teri offers Marital Mediation for couples seeking peaceful divorce resolutions, including post-marital mediation for parenting agreements. She also works with clients from alternative lifestyles and offers support for employment mediation, workplace disputes, and contract negotiation—drawing on her experience in labor dispute resolution within the aviation industry.
